Job Summary: Under general supervision of the Human Resources Manager, this position will function as a Human Resources Coordinator for the School of Human Ecology. The HR Coordinator will be a member of a highly collaborative administrative team. This position provides general HR support for all employee categories including faculty, staff and graduate student employment. Working with the HR Manager, this position will assist with the coordination and administration of recruitment efforts, onboarding new employees, and offboarding practices. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for communications relating to and monitoring of the SoHE performance management cycle and assist with the processing of FMLA and ADA requests. This position w
