Job Description: Under general supervision, the Human Resources Shared Services Representative deliver first line customer service support to the University on various HR subject matters. The individual responds to employee inquiries and leadership requests, identifies issues and escalates as needed.The HR Shared Services Representative provides technical, transactional, communication and systems support to the University, HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise. The HR Shared Services Representative monitors the HR Shared Services email inbox, answers phone calls and as needed distributes action items to team members while providing accurate, reliable and timely responses to internal and external customers.
