Community College of Philadelphia is seeking to fill an Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Manager position. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Human Resources, the Manager of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) configures, develops, and maintains the HRIS data, services platform, applications, and other systems used to manage human resources processes. This position manages projects and process improvements including data design and collection, development of specifications and testing criteria, and project implementation; and serves as a liaison to ITS to test, maintain, and support HRIS applications. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required. Any and all degree(s) must be from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
- Five (5) years of related professional experience with functional management of an enterprise Human Resources Information System.
- A minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) and the functional application for HRIS processes required.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment required.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making assessments for decisions required.
- Ability to maintain sensitivity, understanding and respect for a diverse academic environment, inclusive of students, faculty, and staff of varying social, economic, cultural, ideological and ethnic backgrounds required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Ellucian Banner HR/Payroll system, UKG Ready/Kronos, and BRIO preferred.
- Experience in higher education preferred.
- HRIS experience in a unionized environment preferred.
