Position Summary Reporting to the Provost Budget and Personnel Officer, this position will oversee and administer the human resources functions for the Provost and Faculty and Academic Staff Affairs major administrative units. The position will serve as a resource to department administrators; a liaison to central MSU Human Resources; manage and coordinate human resource activities; and interpret and implement human resources policies, procedures and practices.
