In this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to the leadership team of assigned business units by using data to identify themes in business challenges and assess root causes, and using consultative skills to influence decisions that solve for intricate people-related problems.
Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning by utilizing input from HR team.
Provide day-to-day consulting and performance management guidance.
Guide the organizational structure analysis, identify new and more efficient organizational structures and modes of governance to assist leaders in achieving their organization strategy.
Take a whole systems approach to analyze issues and implement holistic solutions by ensuring that linkages between structure, people, process, and technology are made.
Reduce legal risk and ensure compliance of day-to-day management of employees, maintaining solid knowledge of legal requirements and partnering with the legal and/or employee relations teams as needed.
Collaborate with functional experts in HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, Culture, and Diversity and Inclusion to guide an overarching strategy, program implementation, and provide ongoing support and coaching to business leaders and employees.
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience.
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Strong presentation, communication and group facilitation skills.
Strong diagnostic and consultative skills and conceptual abilities.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
Previous experience operating in a strategic HRBP model preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range:
$88,900.00 - $132,250.00
