Bachelorâs Degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field required.
Masterâs Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.

5-7 years HR Systems management and reporting experience required.
1- 2 years Supervisor and/or Lead experience required.
Experience in hospital setting preferred.
Project management or system implementation experience required
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, HRMS and LMS Systems.Â
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one or more HRIS products
Prefer experience with any of the following systems:Â Workday, HealthStream, Cornerstone, Kronos, or Document Management Systems.

HR Certification Preferred.Â
Fire and Safety Certification.Â If employee does not have card upon hire one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date. (Required within LA City only)

The HRIS Manager will support and maintain specialized and internal HR systems, services, and applications used in organizations with customized or specialized needs. Oversees the development and implementation of new or updated systems, reports and dashboards, and policies and procedures. In addition, she/he is responsible for day-to-day support of HRIS impacting time and attendance, benefits, payroll, applicant tracking, data requests, and reporting and data analysis. This position ensures accurate best practice business process/workflows and other system dependencies are in place to support departmental needs. Works with Leadership, internal partners and UPC to identify, suggest and/or deploy analytics needed for business objectives. The HRIS Manager will use extensive knowledge of computer technology and apply keen sense of analytical problem solving within the HRIS systems.
