As an essential member of the human resources team, you will serve as the first point of contact for all guests to the ISU Foundation assisting customers in an accurate, prompt, and friendly manner. You will also provide administrative support to the human resources/talent management team. The set schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as ISU Foundation Receptionist – greet and assist all visitors, answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, and screen/direct incoming calls. Monitor and disseminate or respond to the ISU Foundation’s general email inbox. Sort, deliver, scan, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
