Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, preferably in HR, business or related field. CCP designation preferred or taking classes towards certification. Three to five years of human resources experience preferably compensation. Previous higher education experience a plus! Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws relating to compensation and pay equity. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong problem solving, decision-making, organizational and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to work with numbers and large volumes of data with accuracy and speed. Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and HRIS systems. Working knowledge of SAP and MarketPay preferred.
