Under the general direction and supervision of the Director of the Occupational Health Clinic, the registered nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care in the occupational health setting. Comprehensive nursing care includes triage, education, preventative, clinical services, COVID-19 case management, and delivering immunizations. The nurse will be responsible for addressing COVID-19 related concerns for employees infected with or exposed to SARS-CoV-2. Additionally, the nurse will perform analysis and targeted case investigation and contact tracing for faculty and staff infected with SARS-CoV-2 at work, provide timely communication with key partners to ensure the health and safety of faculty and staff, and will be responsible for following clinical, DPH and CDC guidelines.
