Under direction of the Director of Talent Acquisition & DEI, this position manages the talent acquisition process for University Advancement exempt and non-exempt recruitment (under Director level). Position Specific Accountabilities Administer the recruitment process for candidates for exempt and non-exempt staff (under Director level) vacancies.
