PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Under administrative direction, to plan, direct, manage, and oversee the activities and operations of the Human Resources Department including recruitment, application processing, selection, position and salary placement, and maintenance of personnel files; to coordinate assigned activities with other District departments and outside agencies; and to provide highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Superintendent.   PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the development and the administration of the personnel, employee relations, and human resources functions of the district. Administer the development, adoption, and implementation of personnel policies, practices, proc
