Job Description CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Mgr, HR Business Partner! This is part of a hybrid work model that requires the colleague to work part of the week in an office one of our Hub locations (NY, RI, CT, RI) and part of the week remotely.
Primary responsibilities include: â¢Strategic HR advisor to the Data and Analytics Organization executive/senior business leaders to align talent management practices, workforce effectiveness, and/or organizational effectiveness strategies in support of the companyâ™s strategy and purpose. â¢Drives organization and talent review, planning and actions that build organization capability required achieving business strategy. â¢Builds talent bench strength and effective succession planning by consulting on selection, onboarding, engagement, development, movement/rotation, performance assessment, pay and rewards/recognition in support of business strategy execution. â¢Establishes and monitors organization and talent metrics aligned to business strategy. â¢Targeted leadership development/coaching that aligns behavior with leadership expectations and drives business outcomes. â¢Provides insight on enterprise talent strategy, including assessment of executive talent gaps and movement. â¢Establishes HR practices within assigned business unit(s). â¢Leverages best practices, external HR, and industry trends to inform consultative approach. â¢Partners with HR Centers of Expertise, HR Consulting and Shared Services in the development, implementation, measurement, and evaluation of broad-based HR initiatives.
As Strategic Partner: â¢ With leaders, develops business strategies and aligns, builds and executes the Data and Analytics Organization strategy to address the current and future direction of organization â¢ Delivers broad scale human resource consulting, coaching and human capital solutions to analytical leaders and colleagues â¢ Evaluates and advises on the impact of new programs/strategies as those items impact the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of critical analytical leaders and team members. â¢ Coaches and develops leaders to optimize performance â¢ Develops rich talent pipelines needed to drive both current and future business needs â¢ Builds a change-capable organization that helps analytical colleagues to thrive in a constantly changing environment â¢ Efficiently manages multiple and changing priorities and trends across multiple analytical disciplines. â¢ Identifies and addresses implications of organizational change and local policy/practice initiatives
As Operations Manager: â¢ Brokers consulting, project and other works with HR COEs and HRSS, leveraging enterprise resources and expertise â¢ Effectively analyze, leverage and share key insights and actions based on HR data and metrics â¢ Leverages technology, tools and resources to optimize organizational effectiveness (people, process, policy)
As Cultural Ambassador: â¢ Recognizes, articulates and helps reinforce company and Data Analytics & Behavior Change culture and purpose â¢ Sustains leader focus on engagement of colleagues; recognizes trends; designs and implements HR solutions to address â¢ Facilitates finding HR solutions to difficult/urgent situations â¢ Facilitates dialogue and discussion to align others on values and encourage collaboration
Required Qualifications â¢ 7+ years strategic human resources consulting experience with demonstrated expertise influencing the business strategy and shaping the HR strategic direction, including
â¢Demonstrated experience in coaching and influencing senior executives â¢Demonstrated experience in organizational design/development and change management â¢ Demonstrated ability to use HR experience and business knowledge to drive achievement of business goals â¢ Demonstrated ability to consult using HR Standards of Practice and/or experience in multiple HR functions â¢ Talent retention/development experience.
