1. Cultivates and fosters a collaborative partnership with Deans, managers and individuals within DGSD/YRT and at Yale to lead efforts to foster an organizational culture that reflects DGSD/YRT's mission and values, which include developing an anti-racist theatre practice and ongoing efforts of equity, diversity and inclusion. Provides proactive human resources guidance. 2. In concert with appropriate personnel, leads, develops and implements recruitment and staffing strategies to attract, retain, and engage an effective, committed, and diverse workforce in the areas of exempt and non-exempt staff, and faculty.
