POSITION SUMMARY:This is a highly functioning position requiring the exercise of initiative and independent judgement. Position requires knowledge of employment laws and principles, and extensive knowledge of the University policies and procedures relative to employment, compensation, leave and benefits administration. Manages and maintains complex employee personnel and payroll records. Prepares and audits documents and data for salary, leave and benefit processing assuring compliance to Laws and University Policy and Procedures.
