Summary Of Position: Reporting to the Director of HR Compliance, Equal Opportunity and Title IX, the Title IX and Human Resource Compliance Manager is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of policies, programs and trainings that promote and sustain the university's commitment to equity among its students, faculty and staff under Title IX. The Manager will work with the Director for HR Compliance, Equal Opportunity and Title IX to manage the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the University's compliance obligations and assist with training and education for the campus community.
