Gann Academy's Director of Human Resources oversees all human resources functions, promoting the schools culture of collaboration, innovation, and mission-focus and nurturing an optimal working environment for our 100+ full time and part-time employees. Key functions include recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee development, performance management, compliance, human resources policy, compensation planning, and employee relations.
