DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS: The Vice President of Human Resources, Equity, and Inclusion (VPHREI) is responsible for building and maintaining a high performing human resources department that supports the educational mission of SUNY Erie Community College consistent with the strategic plan. The VPHREI reports to the Executive Vice President of Administration and Finance. The VPHREI serves as the strategic human resources advisor and plans, manages, and administers all human resources functions. The VPHREI will coordinate as needed with the President, Board of Trustees, college staff, departments, and external agencies to ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Supervision is exercised over a number of profession
