Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for planning and executing the policies and strategic goals of the HR department in accordance with the school’s leadership and mission statement. This is a newly created position for the school and as such, this is a unique opportunity to build and shape the school’s HR department. The ideal candidate should have a wealth of experience that adequately positions her/him to immediately step in and begin reviewing, developing and administering HR policies and practices that elevates the department. She/he will be aself-starter and discerning leader who can effectively manage people, policies, and processes, while identifying and implementing key HR best practices that better serves the school.
