We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist who is eager to make a difference to our employee experience in APAC and can commit to a 1-year contract. You will provide valued support to our HR partners on the ground, assisting them in process improvements, change management and driving best practices through the region. Roles and responsibilities include: Support key processes such as Payroll, Onboarding/Offboarding, Right to Work and Pre- employment screening etc Document process and policies improvements, encouraging their consistent application throughout the region Support the Oracle Cloud implementation for the region including requirements gathering, process redesign, user testing and change management Point
