The HR Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all employee information and incorporating the information into the tracking system.
Maintain personnel files according to company policy.
Complete all company mandated prerequisites for all new hires.
Orientate new employees and distribute Employee Manual.
Maintain current required documentation for all staff. Ensuring all employee files are Joint Commission ready.
Ensure new and current employees complete mandatory online and annual online training.
Maintain job postings on company website and applicant tracking system.
Respond to daily emails in a timely manner.
Available to assist employees on a daily basis as needed.
Maintains current contracts on contracted personnel for payroll purposes.
Responsible for issuing and receiving company equipment from all staff.
Performs other necessary functions as assigned by the Administration, Direct of Operations, and/or the Governing Body
Occasionally attend local area Job Fairs.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 1. Minimum of high school education equivalent. 2. General knowledge of typing, mathematics, office machines and computer skills. 3. Personal car for travel and valid driver’s license. 4. Carry personal auto liability insurance coverage. SKILLS REQUIRED 1. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. 2. Ability to meet the public and staff as a positive, friendly and professional representative of the company. 3. Effective social interaction, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to perform a variety of tasks efficiently.
