South Alabama Electric Cooperative is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. This position is responsible for assisting the General Manager in the development of plans and objectives for SAEC’s organizational structure and workforce development; coordinates various human resources plans and procedures in accordance with SAEC policies; oversees the Cooperative’s recruitment, onboarding, and retention process; ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and the filing of other various legal reports; administers and coordinates the Cooperative’s various benefit programs, compensation plan, performance evaluations, and all training and development initiatives.
