This is an onsite position in DC for the first 90 days. Remote work will be considered after 90 day orientation.
Education and Skills:
Bachelor's degree, health-care, business, marketing, human resources management or related preferred
Master's degree preferred
2 years recruiting experience with high level positions. Health-care preferred but not required.
Certification preferred (RACR, PHR, HCM, etc.)
Demonstrated creativity and assertiveness to create compelling sourcing plans
Demonstrated leadership capacity and coordination skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Excellent computer skills including advanced MS Office and strong Power Point and Excel skills
Good interpersonal skills
Organized and detailed oriented
Effective communications skills, both verbal and written
Sensitivity in handling confidential information
Demonstrated ability to develop recruitment plans and research and resolve complex recruitment issues.
