About the role: The HR Operations Associate will provide tactical and operational support to the HR Operations and Onboarding team that is responsible for HR inquiry management, transactions, and specialized functional services. The Associate will partner with the team to document and train on processes, assist in development and implementation of process improvement initiatives, and facilitate the delivery of internal communications. In addition, this position will work closely with HR functional area teams, and business partners to ensure seamless integration and optimization of HR programs to support business growth and performance.
Partners with the HR Ops team and internal stakeholders to understand the work processes, roadblocks and goals, in order to drive creation of internal process documentation, job aids, and other resources for all areas within HR Operations
Maintains and enhance the internal HR Operations knowledge base and help drive implementation of new technology
Responsible for implementation and development of a team member-facing HR knowledge base, as well as the growth and maintenance of these resources.
Leads trainings within HR Operations on new processes and initiatives
Coordinates internal and organizational communication pertaining to HR Operations, insuring resource coordination and subject matter awareness.
Analyzes current documentation, programs and procedures and makes recommendations for improved effectiveness and standardization.
Provides tactical and operational support to drive the HR Operations and Onboarding teams, programs and initiatives.
Supports the execution and delivery of cross-functional and HR Operations projects and initiatives
Compiles reporting to demonstrate effectiveness of programs and procedures and assists with ongoing reporting and data maintenance, as needed.
Provides tactical support to the Director, HR Operations in communicating, collecting, compiling and coordinating information in support of program and operational efficiencies.
Provides internal client support on tactical issues on an as needed basis
Assists and / or is responsible for special projects as needed.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience with process documentation and improvement initiatives
Experience and working knowledge of HRIS and / or Payroll systems
3+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Project or Program Management, Operations, or HR Support Services
