The HR Operations Analyst uses skills as a seasoned and experienced administrative operations professional to manage, plan and administer the operations of a mid-sized to large academic or non-academic department or organizational unit with limited scope. May report to a chair, director, or a higher level administrative operations professional or manager. Perform short- and long-term planning for the organization. May supervise staff or students. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

The HR Operations Analyst manages the faculty recruitment process for the division and HR-related tasks for academic and staff personnel. The position is responsible for processing new appointments, appointment changes, and visa applications for postdoctoral research fellows, non-faculty academics, visiting scholars, and staff. The position ensures that staff and faculty members are provided with quality, efficient and timely services.
