Master's degree preferred. Solid functional knowledge of employee relations and at least two other HR functions (compensation, recruitment, benefits, performance management, etc.). Solid experience conducting and concluding workplace and employee relations investigations necessary. Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross functionally within a complex environment and with all levels of staff. Proven record of influencing without authority and outstanding service orientation. Demonstrated knowledge/experience in the administration of bargaining unit policies and procedures and with labor relations matters in the service and /or trade unions preferred. Law Enforcement environments experience preferred.

Given these changes in the United States and in societies around the globe, the Center seeks to help meet the growing need for teachers, scholars, and leaders who address questions of moral choice across many of the professions and in public life more generally, and promotes a perspective on ethics informed by both theory and practice.
