Summary:   Responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with the Director of Human Resources. This position has primary responsibility for managing benefit plans, leave administration and assists with human resources management in all areas such as recruitment, training and development, systems implementation, reporting, legal compliance, compensation and employee engagement.
