Responsibilities of the HR Operations Analyst include:
Collecting, organizing and reconciling information from various sources like vendor files, PeopleSoft/Thrive queries, participant, benefit and job data
Identifying and solving problems in various fields or specialized areas such as audits, benefit data, HR job data
Examine data to figure out what is important to the problem and advise managers or HR partners on findings and the various courses they can take to address the problem
Liaise with HR partners and act as subject matter expert on HR, vendor management, contracts, audit and/or compliance/SOX data
Respond to complex day to day inquiries/issues of job data
Skills required to ensure your success include:
Business Analytics: Knowledge of technologies, techniques and practices for the evaluation of business performance data; ability to analyze business performance using advanced statistical methods to predict trends and providing forecasts that drive business decisions and business planning.
Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
Data Integrity: Knowledge of objectives, terminologies, and approaches of data integrity; ability to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data in various business environments.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Internal Controls: Knowledge of concept, methods, and processes of internal control; ability to create, implement, evaluate and enhance processes in internal controls.
Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Process Mapping/Flowcharting : Knowledge of the concepts of process mapping; ability to carry out the documentation of current and proposed manufacturing processes to identify and make improvements.
Project Administration : Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred
PHR, CBP or other creditable HR certificates are preferred
3-4 years of HR experience preferred
2+ years of data analysis, vendor management, benefits, and/or compliance experience is a plus
Knowledge of PeopleSoft/HCM Cloud systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google suite of products
High degree of flexibility, organization, and self-motivation
Ability to professionally handle and maintain confidential information
Background in Agile methodology or New Ways of Working is a plus
