The HR Generalist is responsible for delivery of day-to-day and strategic human resources services in support of Baylor Scott and White Health goals, mission, values, and vision. The HR Generalist will work under the general guidance of the HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or HR Director and partners with the facility HR team and leaders to develop and deliver sound business solutions for anticipated, existing, and new business challenges. The Generalist possesses an overall understanding of HR policies and practices and works collaboratively with assigned business units to support the strategic direction of BSWH.
