WHAT YOU'LL DO Duties & Responsibilities Level I: Perform and maintain payroll & benefit deduction audit processes and identify consistent discrepancies. Ensure labor law posters are current and in compliance at each physical location Assist in completing applicable government reporting including but not limited to EEO-1and VETS-4212 Assist with Affirmative Action Plan reporting Assist with internal and external audits as needed Assist with monitoring HR related compliance training and policy acknowledgement/sign offs for completion Assist in monitoring compliance within Human Resources and conducting reviews in accordance with the established compliance plan Assist in adhering t
