Job Summary The HR Representative for Total Compensation is primarily responsible for providing operational and administrative support within the Department of Human Resource's Records and Compensation teams. This position is integral in the successful on-boarding of new employees, processing job changes, promotions and annual merit increases. This position partners closely with the Benefits team, Compensation team, HR Business Partners, and the Payroll Department. Essential Functions Maintains personnel files/records and creates and manages databases.
