The West Contra Costa Unified School District (WCCUSD) is seeking an equity-minded leader to serve as the district's next Associate Superintendent, Human Resources. As one of the largest employers in the East Bay, the district employs 3200 team members across 56 campuses and worksites in El Cerrito, Richmond, San Pablo, Pinole, Hercules, and portions of Bayview Mountain. The focus of the Human Resource Department is to attract, develop and retain thriving employees that provide the foundation for the district's 29,000 learners to succeed.
Seven (7) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a public school setting.
Principal experience preferred.
Valid Administrative Credential authorizing service at the K-12 level and appropriate teaching credential; Valid California driver's license.
Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
