Role Overview The Recruiting and HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of attorney and staff employment. The candidate should have experience in human resources management, employee relations, recruiting and retention, interviewing, hiring, conducting performance reviews, developing and implementing human resources policies, new hire onboarding, orientation, and preparing an annual budget. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, proactive, resourceful, and organized with a high level of professionalism. Reports to the Executive Director.
