Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum three (3) years previous experience in the personnel field or related setting preferred, to include a minimum of one (1) year recruiting experience in healthcare.
Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting all levels of healthcare professionals. Responsible for all aspects of recruiting, to include hiring clinicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Must have outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, and possess the ability to present information and respond to questions from prospective candidates in an articulate and convincing manner. Ability to show creative and out of the box recruiting methods for difficult to fill positions.
HR Generalist supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources office. Supports Mind Springs, Inc. in several areas of human resources, which include the administration of company policies, performance management, and employee relations. Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations and Mind Spring's policies/procedures and their impact on the operations. Provides guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to supervisor and individual.

Ability to be helpful and sensitive to the needs of all employees, while concurrently respecting corporate policies, procedures, and priorities.
Working knowledge of Windows based computer applications to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet access.
Ability to operate standard office equipment including calculator, copy machine, fax and multi-line telephone.
Interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all personnel.
Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a sometimes hectic environment with frequent interruptions.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand or kneel and occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop. Must have ability to sit for longer periods of time at a computer. Employee must be able to travel between Mind Springs, Inc. sites. Possible potential for exposure to communicable disease.
