Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing all human resource functions including staffing, staff relations, orientation and development, compensation and benefits, labor relations, staff development and education and worker's compensation programs. Directs the HR department Acts as a resource for Directors and associates Develops and recommends HR practices and procedures that assist in the growth of the facility Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
