We are currently seeking applicants to join our Human Resources team! We have a HumanResources Administrator position available at our Headquarters office in Springfield, Missouri. This position plays a key role in the administration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)/Human Capital Management (HCM) system and provides support to our Human Resources Business Partners.
Coordinate and maintain accurate employee records which includes data management for new hires, departures, position and pay changes.
Lead testing and implementation of new feature releases in the HRIS/HCM and develop/monitor reports and dashboards.
Plan and facilitate a robust student program including sourcing talent, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and assimilating to the organization and industry, and offboarding.
Complete projects and administrative tasks to support strategic staffing, employee relations, performance management and HR compliance initiatives.
High school diploma or equivalent is required with advanced education or training, particularly with a human resources emphasis is preferred
All levels will be considered, but seven years progressivelyresponsible administrativeexperience, including at least five years’ experience in human resources is preferred
Demonstrated experience with a HRIS/HCM system, including Workday, is preferred
Intermediate MS Office skills such as Outlook, Word and Excel
Working knowledge of basic human resources concepts, principles, and practices is preferred
Build and maintain effective relationships utilizing excellent customer service and communication skills while maintaining confidentiality
