Job Duties: This consultant will be one of seven consultants responsible for maintaining the classification system for all SHRA/CSS/EHRA positions with a significant role in carrying out all salary administration duties to include the quarterly report, weekly submissions for salary adjustments, following salary guidelines as required by General Administration and the Board of Governors, monitoring of temporary adjustments salary, surveys and other special initiatives (FLSA, the annual raise processes, reporting needs, etc.).
