El Rancho Unified School District - Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources is a Cabinet level position, serving under the direction of the Superintendent. This position will oversee and supervise all aspects of human resource policies, practices, and operations for the El Rancho Unified School District. The Director of Human Resources makes critical decisions impacting the daily operations of the organization and implementation and revision of established policies and procedures. The Director of Human Resources is expected to exercise considerable initiative and sound judgment and is expected to understand and implement changes in state and county labor/personnel regulations, laws and procedures relating to areas of responsibility. Provides direction for achieving the overall goals and efficient operation of the Human Resources Department.
Candidates must possess a valid California Administrative Services Credential Authorization. Master's Degree is required. The ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is desirable. Five (5) or more years of comprehensive experience, directly related to administrative experience and personnel management, preferably in a school district or county office performing work involving both classified and certificated employees.
