Description Compensation Analyst (HR Dept) JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates and executes established compensation programs with some guidance. Assists with special compensation initiatives or projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates and executes compensation initiatives in order to meet established goals, objectives and timelines. Works closely with HR partners to provide support on projects and initiatives. Trains HR partners on compensation policies and practices. Participates in salary surveys.
