The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for general support of all Human Resources functions including benefits, payroll, recruiting, on-boarding, off-boarding and special projects. He/she supports the Managing Director, Human Resources, and does not have direct reports. Provide first line Human Resources support to employee and manager inquiries. Administrate, coordinate and participate in recruiting efforts. Support on-boarding processes. Maintain employee data and transactions including all job changes.
