Provide advice and counsel to Managers, Supervisors and Employees in one or more assigned functional areas, regarding Human Resources matters including policies and procedures, employee relations, compensation, conflict management and employee benefits. Administer and interpret a full range of Human Resource related policies and programs. Provide feedback and counsel on employee relation issues ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws.
