Implement DBS Contingent Workforce Strategy and governance framework across markets ??? Support Group HR and stakeholders in contingent workforce planning, as well as supporting new and existing engagements, managing demand, and building relationships with our regional suppliers and the broader organization. ??? Support ongoing management of CWF system across markets incl. enhancements & process improvements. ??? Oversee end to end DBS contingent workforce recruitment lifecycle and responsible for the overall operations and controls and compliance (including internal and external audits). ??? Develop the implement policies and guidelines for vendor management including vendor audit, performance scorecard implementation and assessment. ??? Partner Legal and Compliance, Group Procurement and Finance teams on service agreement/contract matters to safeguard DBS's interest. ??? Lead team to review and enhance current processes and tools to support stakeholders for new and existing engagements to improve efficiency ??? Provide/develop training, standards and guidelines of CWF management best practices to managers. ??? Review and analysis of data to identify risks, opportunities and trends to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of CWF strategy. Requirements ??? A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial services industry; preferably in contingent workforce programme, project and vendor management ??? Strong leadership, stakeholder management and oral/written communication skills with ability to build relationships with leaders across the business. ??? Strong in process workflow design and improvement. ??? Strong project management skills with a sense of urgency. ??? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with capability to process high amount of data to drive business strategies and decisions ??? Intermediate to Expert level user of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint ??? Good team player and able to coach/guide team members.
