General Description: Serves as the main point of contact for the divisions and data management team for processing of on-boarding paperwork for adjuncts. Duties and Tasks: Incumbent will review all necessary paperwork for accuracy and launch SilkRoad on-boarding. Advise and guide division administrators on process and status of adjunct process.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Human Resources practices, policies, and regulations. Knowledge of basic office protocols and procedures.
Knowledge of computer applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to work efficiently and effectively with co-workers and colleagues across the College, as well as with the general public.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Must be able to participate in a team setting that encourages both individual and team accomplishments; ability to establish goals; and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills; demonstrated ability to perform duties with consistent accuracy and attention to detail; commitment to owning assignments through to completion; consistently meets deadlines.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
