BASIC FUNCTION:Administer the District's personnel system including classified and certificatedemployees and programs; assure compliance with applicable District rules and policies,and State and Federal laws, codes and regulations; supervise and evaluate theperformance of assigned personnel. QUALIFICATIONS: • Valid California Administrative Services Credential• Human Resources Experience• Master's Degree in education, administration or related field• Doctorate desirable• Minimum of three (3) years of successful teaching experience• School site administration experience at various levels
