The Sr. HRBP partners across the organization to handle HR questions, build strong relationships, and offer the applicable solutions to management and employees. Provides day-to-day recruitment support, performance management guidance, ensure the company complies with employment and labor laws, interprets HR policies, analyzes classification and compensation requests, and resolves complex employee relations issues. Working with the hiring manager, facilitates the full HR life cycle, which includes attracting and recruiting employees, their development, engagement, retention and release.

Responsibilities This position oversees:
Classification and Compensation (20%)
Employee Relations (15%)
Work with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs for departments or projects. Review job descriptions, applicant qualifications, and interview questions.
Analyze requests for reclassification of positions. Review classification standards and makes appropriate recommendation based on job description, duties and responsibilities and materials provided.
Prepare compensation analysis for new hires, promotions and/or equity increases and recommends salary adjustments as supported by market-based data or internal equities.
Advise management on the impact of reorganization, considerations on job families, or individual jobs as it may relate to incumbent or titling changes.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues by offering an innovative approach to problem resolution
Conduct HR investigations and take appropriate action on complaints of harassment, policy violations and the like.
Participate in the termination process ensuring decisions are consistent with company policy to limit potential liability.
Facilitate New Employee Orientation by introducing new employees to the Foundation, its mission, functions, and important policies. Provides additional follow up for unresolved questions.
Ensure oversight, administration, and legal compliance with applicable laws, Equal Employment Opportunity regulations and Affirmative Action plans.
May facilitate training programs based on organizational needs.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources and/or equivalent professional work experience in Human Resources Five-years of professional Human Resources work in a generalist capacity.
Experience leading full-cycle recruitment. Experience using iCIMS applicant tracking systems. Experience conducting employee relations investigations. Experience performing compensation analysis and/or classification studies. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
