Maysville Community & Technical College is currently seeking a Part-Time, staff position on the Maysville Campus for a:
Human Resources Assistant
This position provides professional support services for human resources operations.
General support duties such as composing correspondence, greeting visitors and checking the mail.
Runs reports and queries as needed for HR Director and Coordinator.
Assist employees with the completion of new-hire forms and other documentation such as direct deposit forms.
Oversee the digital OnBase scanning/indexing of personnel files for employees.
Oversee the input of data for the professional development system and log hours for employees.
Prepare salary journals.
Post positions in Hire Touch.
Other duties as assigned.
Associate's degree(related field), and two years related experience, or equivalent.
