Position Summary MSU Human Resources is hiring an HR Analyst to conduct employee job reclassification reviews, as part of the Hiring, Compensation and Classification Team. This position is responsible for receiving incoming requests, performing analysis of an employee’s position, determining the appropriate FLSA exemptions status of the position and appropriate MSU job classification placement. Additionally, this position will work independently with MSU departments to gather further information as necessary and communicate and justify outcomes of the reclassification review process.
