The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role coaches and consults with leaders to achieve business strategies by focusing on team member The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role coaches and partners with leaders of the US Investment Management business, to support the delivery of the business plan by focusing on team member performance, talent management, organizational effectiveness and culture. The HRBP will work across all levels of the organization and serve as a trusted partner to managers and leaders by providing expert guidance regarding all aspects of human resources.
Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers and leaders on the key areas of HR.
Build strong relationships with team members and business leaders across the organization.
Deliver key people initiatives and change programmes by engaging business stakeholders and partnering with the broader HR team.
Support the IM business in diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives
Monitor and coordinate employee relations cases, performance issues, and EEO matters with leaders, ensuring resolution is achieved in an effective and timely manner.
Support the effective management of change across the business; leading strategies that drive high levels of commitment to achieving agreed outcomes.
Support Talent Acquisition processes as required.
Support the development and deployment of training and education programs as appropriate.
Assist in the corporate merger and acquisition process, participating in due diligence activities and onboarding as necessary.
Develop and report on key HR metrics to enable the identification of trends and the continuous improvement of people management activities, including employee engagement.
Provide support to leaders and manage the annual performance and compensation review process.
Develop strong relationships with HR functions such as HRIS, Benefits, Payroll and Compensation.
Provide policy and procedure guidance for leaders and team members on HR issues and advise on the appropriate course of action.
Leading on and representing the US IM business in HR projects.
Provide expert guidance regarding the interpretation of federal, state and local laws pertaining to HR. Assist in responding to EEOC and DOL charges and other related issues.
Maintain familiarity with all benefits programs in order to accurately communicate and provide resolution to team member issues and questions.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
