The Position The Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD) seeks a dynamic and progressive Human Resources Manager to provide strategic leadership and plan, organize, and direct human resources programs and activities. The Manager oversees personnel processes and employee actions agency-wide and ensures they are appropriate, equitable, and consistent. Reporting to the Deputy Administrative Officer, the Human Resources Manager is an active member of the Executive Leadership Team and Joint Management Team and participates in establishing public health goals for the agency.
