This position serves as Human Resources Records Management (ECM) lead and to provide assistance with HRMS and Benefits functional and administrative duties in support of the KCTCS System Office and College Human Resources.
Human Resources Records Management (ECM) Lead – Update and maintain employee records for System Office and associated business units and assist College Human Resources departments with System employee records including scanning and uploading of documents and cleanup and re-indexing of documents and files. Update and maintain employee benefit records for System employees in coordination with college Human Resources staff. Coordinate and maintain compliance for System HR records retention. Develop procedures, guidelines, training material and other related documents related to ECM support for System users and assist the KCTCS ECM Administrator in testing upgrades and updates to the OnBase System as related to the Human Resources Component. Provide information related to public records and open records requests in coordination with the KCTCS Office of General Counsel. Provide customer service to the College Human Resources in relation to the OnBase System and HR Records Management.
HRMS, Benefits and PeopleSoft Functional Support – Perform day-to-day functional HRMS and Benefits duties and maintenance as assigned and serve as back up to other HRMS HR Generalists and Benefits staff. Serve as backup point of contact for HR intranet and internet content support. Serve as reviewer of System Office PeopleSoft entry documentation.
Other Duties as Assigned - Provide functional and administrative support to all areas of System Office Human Resources as assigned.
Associate's and two (2) years relevant experience or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years relevant experience or equivalent.

Knowledge of Onbase and PeopleSoft
