WittKieffer has partnered with the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in the national search for its Associate Vice President, Total Rewards and HR Technology. This opportunity exists to hire a highly trained, expert total rewards executive leader capable of bringing contemporary compensation, HR systems, and benefits strategies to this growing organization based in Galveston, TX (greater Houston).
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer the Associate Vice President be responsible for strategy and oversight in establishing and maintaining philosophy, practices, and overall effectiveness of UTMB's total rewards and technology, with an emphasis on architecting and implementing a new compensation structure. This executive will focus on constant innovation to ensure that the compensation and HR technologies remain competitive, sustainable, scalable, and positively impact the organization.
